Wait for return instructions before sending an item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Return window and eligibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging. Used gear, personalised products and opened hygiene-sensitive items such as mouth guards cannot be returned for a change of mind; damaged or incorrect items are always reviewed. You cover the return delivery for change-of-mind returns; for confirmed incorrect or damaged deliveries we arrange the return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Damaged or incorrect items<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If an item arrives damaged or differs from your order, contact LX Sports with the order details and photographs showing the issue. Keep the item and its packaging while the request is reviewed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refunds and exchanges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once we have received and inspected the item and approved the return, we refund the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5\u201310 business days of approval; your bank or payment provider may take longer to show them. Exchanges depend on stock.
