1. Slip your thumb through the loop with the wrap on the inside of your wrist.
2. Wrap it around your wrist, overlapping each layer and keeping it flat.
3. Fasten the hook-and-loop closure once it feels firm but comfortable.
4. Remove your thumb from the loop if you prefer before you lift, and loosen the wraps between sets.

Wraps should never feel painful or cut off circulation. If your fingers tingle or change colour, loosen them straight away.
