Where we deliver
We deliver to the address you enter at checkout. If we cannot deliver to your area, we contact you before sending anything and refund any payment in full.
Delivery charges and times
Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay. After your order is confirmed we prepare it and contact you if we need anything to arrange delivery; delivery times depend on your location.
Tracking your order
You can follow your order on the Order tracking page with your order number and email address, or in your account if you have one. We also email you when your order status changes.
Problems with a delivery
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or different from what you ordered, contact [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number and photos. Keep the item and its packaging while we review it. Our Refund and Returns Policy explains what happens next.
